The Sports Rush explains how NASCAR drivers use iRacing to prepare for their real-life on-track racing. “Tracks are incredible. Racer gets an inside look at Bristol, UK’s Dynisma Limited, a class leader in simulation technology, with Scuderia Ferrari among its clients. “Simulators have been around for a while, but what we’ve got is a step change in the technology that allows drivers to feel the movement of the thing that we’re simulating and how that’s moving more accurately,” Warne says. Esports Insider looks at the exciting transition from sim racing to real-world racing in preparation for a panel discussion on the topic at ESI Lisbon. “More and more racers rise from sim racing backgrounds, challenging this notion, like Jann Mardenborough, whose leap from sim racing to professional motorsports made this pathway no longer a hypothetical, thanks to the rapid development of sim racing technology, games and circuits.”
“To delve deeper into this exciting transition, join us at ESI Lisbon for The Racing Transition – Sim to Track on September 24th, where a panel of industry experts will discuss the current state of sim racing, the opportunities it presents, and the challenges that lie ahead. Don’t miss the chance to hear from leaders in the field and explore the future of racing—both virtual and real.”
