Run by active Indy 500 racer Jay Howard, his Jay Howard Driver Development teams race in US Formula 4 and USF2000 (he also runs a similar program in karting). His teams are strictly focused on young driver development. The intention at JHDD is to build their own development ladder from karts all the way to Indycars.

Last Season Results (2018)
In the F4 US Championship JHDD drivers finished 3rd (Christian Rasmussen), 7th (Teddy Wilson), 14th (Braden Eves) and 17th (Wyatt Brichacek). Please note that not all drivers completed in every round of the championship. The team finished 2nd in the Team Championship.

Jay Howard Driver Development evolved from a karting team to take on US Formula 4 and then in 2019 USF2000.
