History
ArmsUp Motorsports was formed in 1995 by long time Skip Barber instructor Gregg Borland. ArmsUp Motorsports began as the marketing company for Gregg’s professional racing career. In 1998 ArmsUp Motorsports entered the prep shop business with a 1988 Reynard Formula Continental for a friend of Borland’s, John Braun.
Since its beginnings as prep shop in 1998, ArmsUp Motorsports has grown into a full service prep facility and race team for Formula Continental, Formula Atlantic, Vintage and (beginning in the 2011 season) USF2000 racing. Today, ArmsUp Motorsports houses 18 race cars in a 10,000 square foot facility just east of the famed Road America race course in Sheboygan Falls, Wisconsin.
