I have a specialized gym in London, UK. I am also a swimming coach and a good cyclists. I use swimming and cycling as part of my fitness regime.
I also lecture on the importance of sleep, hydration and food for elite athletes.
I provide an invaluable service at race weekends for drivers, whether it’s open wheeled racing or at the 24 hours of Le Mans (which I have been attending for 20 years). Looking after a driver at race weekends gives the driver that valuable edge over the competition.
