130R Performance

The focus of 130R Performance is on the application of mental skills training and sport psychology within motorsport. The importance of psychological skills and the way in which they are developed is pivotal in the manner in which athletes are able to successfully or unsuccessfully manage the transitions brought about by their progression through various talent development environments. 130 R Performance offers a number of programs focusing on driver development, mental skills coaching and fitness training specifically related to young driver development.
