The mission of Next Racing Generation Motorsport (NRG) is to take young ambitious people in particular those from diverse groups, from conception through to the pinnacle of Motorsport.
NRG aims to become pivotal to the increasing number of students from diverse backgrounds who are attending universities studying STEM subjects, and who want to break through into motorsports.
Within the next 5 years, NRG will be the go-to Academy for all those who aspire to work within the Motorsport sector.
Services Offered
- Race Management: Teach you how to monitor and supervise the practice sessions, the qualifying sessions, and the race itself.
- Media Training: Learn the ‘do’s and don’ts’ when dealing with the press, how to improve your interview technique plus the importance of media exposure.
- Driver Coaching: We teach you the best racing lines, car positioning, and braking points. We want to improve your existing driving skills, reduce your lap times, and get every extra second out of your car.
- Mentoring & Training: We provide tailored support, encouragement, guidance, and contacts as needed to help ensure that talented people can develop.
