Redline Rising: Shifting the Landscape of Motorsport, One Barrier at a Time

We didn’t grow up seeing ourselves here.

As Asian women in motorsport, we entered a world where our presence was rare—and our ambition often questioned. There was no blueprint. No established network. No expectation that someone like us belonged behind the wheel.

We came anyway.

Redline Rising was built for those who do the same: those who push forward despite being overlooked, who refuse to let gatekeepers define their path, and who show up where they’re told they don’t belong. What began as a deeply personal response to exclusion has become a global nonprofit initiative dedicated to making motorsport more accessible, more inclusive, and more representative of the world around it.

What We Stand For

Redline Rising is committed to expanding opportunity for Asian women in motorsport—through visibility, mentorship, and structural support. But our work is not limited by category. We support anyone with the courage to challenge the assumptions of this industry.

We don’t just want to be seen—we want to build.

We focus on both the talent pipeline and the cultural conditions that shape it:

 – For emerging drivers, we offer guidance, exposure, and access to a growing international network.

 – For the wider community, we host educational programs, foster local partnerships, and advocate for systemic change in how motorsport discovers and supports talent.

This is not about performative representation. This is about rewriting the baseline for what’s possible—and for whom.

Progress—and Where It’s Still Missing

The last decade has seen important progress in women’s motorsport. More seats, more visibility, more investment. But for many, especially those from underrepresented backgrounds, the starting line is still behind the grid.

Redline Rising exists to close that gap—not just for this generation, but for the next.

We are not a brand campaign. We are infrastructure: connecting the right people, surfacing the right stories, and building long-term scaffolding so talent can rise, regardless of background or bank balance.

A Movement, Not a Moment

Since launching, Redline Rising has engaged a wide range of drivers, mentors, allies, and supporters across continents. We’ve initiated ambassador programs, built partnerships with local motorsport communities, and amplified voices that challenge outdated norms.

The impact is already visible: more young women reaching out. More allies stepping in. More recognition that this space—this sport—has room to grow.

Our work is grounded in performance. But our purpose is transformation.

Motorsport doesn’t need to slow down to become more inclusive. It needs to open up.
