Envision Racing Unveils New livery to Drive Sundarbans Restoration

Envision Racing has unveiled a new livery for its Formula E cars, using the global stage of the ABB FIA Formula E World Championship to spotlight a major mangrove restoration project in India. Timed to coincide with Earth Day, the initiative will support the planting of 500,000 mangrove saplings in the climate-vulnerable Sundarbans region.
Sylvain Filippi, Managing Director and CTO of Envision Racing, said: “This logo represents more than just a design – it’s a symbol of collective climate action. By featuring it on our race car, we are taking the message of the Sundarbans to a global audience.”

How Far Formula E Has Come – The Future of Formula E is AMAZING
From the inception of Formula E till present day, the sport has come a long way. And Formula E is just getting started! There is much to look forward to in the distant future and in the upcoming Gen4 launch. Travel through time with Lucas Di Grassi as he goes through the sports history and what the future holds beyond Gen4!
How Gen4 Could Make Formula E Part of the F1 Feeder Ladder
A greater understanding of the technicalities and multi-functioning skills in Formula E – and the way they transfer to Formula 1 – will be one of the key attractions of the Gen4 era for aspiring drivers.
“”It’s difficult to understand for the fan in terms of the way that F1 managed the deployment over a lap and the regen. I think that’s quite a confusing one. I think that actually if the fans can get their heads around what’s going on in Formula 1, they’re going to fall in love with Formula E because it simplifies that in a beautiful way.”
Formula E to Keep the ‘Biggest Asset’ of its Races for Gen4
The FIA has promised to keep the ‘biggest asset’ of Formula E for when it enters the Gen4 era in the upcoming 2026/27 campaign. “We have had the races with a really high amount of demands on how to manage the energy efficiency to get to the chequered flag and that has been part of Formula E since the very first race in Beijing 12 years ago. So, we are going to continue having that in Formula E because we believe that’s one of the biggest assets.”
Everything That’s Led to Formula E’s Biggest 2026 Move
Stellantis securing the services of Mitch Evans for at least the next few Formula E seasons should be seen as not just a statement of intent on its part but also a particularly shrewd move by Evans himself.
While confirmation is still to officially be forthcoming from Opel, Evans will be a marquee signing for the ambitious brand, which is likely to pair the driver with more Formula E wins than any other with rookie Theo Pourchaire for its first-ever campaign.
Formula E Drivers Reveal Outcome of Crunch FIA Meeting Amid Stewarding Concerns
Formula E drivers have held a crunch meeting with the FIA after its Season 12 grid issued a letter to its president last month, in a bid to improve its level of officiating, Motorsport Week can reveal.

New Data Reveals the World’s Most CO2-Efficient Airlines

The latest annual survey of the world’s most CO2-efficient airlines has seen Singapore Airlines’ little sister Scoot, Qatar Airways and Hungary’s Wizz Air among the winners.
This is second EmeraldSky Flight Emissions Review, from aviation analytics specialist Cirium, which compares carriers by CO2 per available seat kilometre. Put simply, this is how much fuel an airline burns relative to passenger capacity, a measure that highlights carriers which use modern aircraft in the most efficient manner. Read the full list here.
