1965 Ford Mustang Shelby GT350 Fastback

This original 1965 Ford Mustang Shelby GT350 Fastback is a well-known entrant in the Tulip Rally and other Dutch mild Rally events. Initially built on a rust-free body, a ground up preparation was performed in 2018 at expenses of well over 120K. The car was entered in the 2019 edition of the famous Carrera Panamericana but participation had to be cancelled due to personal circumstances. The preparation included the installation of a new 320HP 289Ci engine, a new Heavy-duty gearbox, Limited slip differential, uprated brakes, uprated suspension, a full ultra-strong FIA spec Roll cage as well as FIA approved seats and 100Ltr ATL tank capacity. With 320HP this engine is the ideal reliable powerplant to ensure a successful finish even on low grade Mexican gasoline. Provided of course that one stays on the black stuff. This “Shelby” offers safety, reliability, and remarkable agility.
