Formula 1 has partnered with world-leading provider of temporary power solutions, Aggreko, to help support the Las Vegas with their temporary power needs and to do so with a sustainability focus.

“For the Las Vegas GP alone, Aggreko has provided a 90% reduction in carbon emissions through automatic switching between generators and battery storage systems, minimizing fuel consumption.”

Mahindra Racing Commits to Formula E

Mahindra Racing has revealed that it will continue to race in Formula E as a full-fledged manufacturer until the end of the Gen4 era in 2030. Team principal Frederic Bertrand made the announcement during a special event in Bengaluru, India, on Wednesday, where Mahindra also unveiled the livery for the final season with Gen3 Evo machinery.

The Race meanwhile looks at what took the Indian team so long as well as the state of Penske’s manufacturer ambitions.


FIA Completes Review Under the 2022-2024 FIA Formula E Financial Regulations for Formula E Manufacturers

The FIA confirms that its Cost Cap Administration has reviewed the manufacturer’s reporting documentation for the two-year period covering Seasons 9 and 10 of the ABB FIA Formula E World Championship as provided for by the FIA Formula E Financial Regulations for Formula E Manufacturers.

Porsche was found to be in procedural breach however, the Cost Cap Administration recognised that they have not exceeded the Cost Cap for the two-year period, that they have acted cooperatively throughout the review process, that this is the first complete review of the two-year period under the Financial Regulations for Formula E Manufacturers and that there is no accusation or evidence of aggravating factors.

In these circumstances, the Cost Cap Administration offered to Porsche an Accepted Breach Agreement (“ABA“) to resolve this matter. That offer was accepted by the Manufacturer.

E1 Reveals Calendar for 2026 Season

E1 Series, the world’s first all electric raceboat Championship, has announced its 2026 season calendar that will see the world’s fastest electric boats compete across four continents in its third season.

The UIM E1 World Championship presented by PIF begins its eight race 2026 season in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.

The series then starts its European leg in April with E1’s return to the beautiful setting of Lake Como, Italy, followed by Dubrovnik, Croatia in June. Then the Championship heads to the glamour and iconic shores of Monaco in mid-July which will see new entrant Team Monaco compete in front of its home crowd for the first time.

Shell and Ferrari Sign Long-Term Green Power Supply Deal

“Shell has signed a long-term deal to supply Ferrari with renewable energy until the end of 2034 to help the luxury carmaker to reduce carbon emissions, the oil and gas group said on Tuesday. Shell will supply a total of 650 gigawatt hours of power over 10 years from a plant developed by the oil and gas group. That will cover nearly half of the total energy needs of Ferrari’s Maranello plant near Modena, helping to decarbonise the carmaker’s production. … The deal is expected to result in a significant cut to Ferrari’s Scope 1 and 2 emissions – those generated directly by its operations and from purchased energy – as the luxury carmaker targets a 90% reduction in absolute terms by 2030.” – Reuters
