Entries Now Open for the 2026/27 Gulf ProCar Season
GulfSport Racing have announced that entries for the 2026/27 Gulf ProCar season are officially open. In addition to the official opening of entries, organizers have confirmed that Round 2 will host the Enduro event for the 2026/27 season, at Dubai Autodrome on the 27th-28th November 2026. This will be the highlight round of the season, featuring their revised Enduro format of 1× 25min Qualifying and 2× 60min Races, both including a 4min mandatory pitstop. All 6 other rounds will utilize the traditional Sprint format, combining with the Round 2 Enduro to make a 7 round championship for 2026/27.

German F4 to Return for 2027 After Four-Year Hiatus

FIA Approves Five-Round 2027 World Rally-Raid Championship Calendar
The FIA has announced that the five-round 2027 FIA World Rally-Raid Championship calendar has been approved by e-vote of the World Motor Sport Council. The championship will once again span three continents, bringing together some of rally-raid’s most established events alongside newer fixtures that have become an integral part of the series. The 49th edition of the Dakar Rally will begin the season in Saudi Arabia from 1 to 15 January, continuing its role as the championship’s traditional opening round.

GPX Stream Brings Fans and Teams Closer to Radical Cup Action
Broadcast coverage of Radical Cup North America has been enhanced this season thanks to GPX Stream’s plug-and-play onboard streaming system. Providing spectacular live footage from the cockpit, the technology provides a driver’s-eye view of the action while also allowing teams and driver coaches to monitor performance in real time.
The GPX Mobile device features dual connectivity for uninterrupted global streaming, and both HDMI and SDI inputs. GPX developed a bespoke wiring kit for the Radical SR3 and SR10, allowing instant compatibility with the car’s existing AIM SmartyCam camera systems.
As well as allowing drivers to livestream their onboards to their own social media channels, the vision is available to the teams for live analysis by race engineers and driver coaches.
According to Dominic Cicero, driver coach to Arizona based team Crown Concepts / Radical Arizona, “Having the GPX dramatically shortens the feedback loop. I can see what the driver is doing in real time and have them make instant micro adjustments live during a session such as correcting a line or suggest an improvement live. It also helps with engineering – you can instantly see understeer, rather than rely on a driver who may misinterpret what they are feeling.”
In addition, the vision is piped directly to USAC’s race control.
Popular One-Make Series Splits with AASA Mid-Season
Formula RX8 has announced it has split with the Australian Auto-Spot Alliance and will not feature at the Fight in the Night. “After careful consideration, Formula RX8 has made the decision not to compete at the upcoming Queensland Raceway round under the AASA,” the series said in a statement.
